How the Assessment Process Works


The profile is designed for an individual participant.

  • It takes approximately 15-20 minutes to complete the online questionnaire.
  • Participant creates a secure account to complete or return to the survey.
  • The questionnaire takes a measurement of 12 personality types, making the report personalized.
  • Profile report is available immediately upon completion and can be saved or downloaded.
  • It provides clear strategies for building more effective relationships.
  • The language of the report is personalized and supportive and easy to understand
  • Access to Catalyst and/or MyEverything DiSC, Wiley’s online extended learning portal is included.

The DeBrief Upgrade


The debrief is a private one-to-one online video conference call with a TUIT Group coach and lasts approximately 90 minutes.


Although the reports are highly customized and easy-to-understand, debriefing all of the information received with a coach allows the participant to take a deep-dive into the report to learn more ways to utilize the profile and incorporate it into their lives.


The debriefing process also allows for discussion of specific issues, challenges or areas that the participant may be interested in working on and improving through the use of the profile findings. This exercise is an excellent way for managers or business owners to determine if incorporating Everything DiSC would be beneficial or appropriate for their organization.
